Clawdia Beauchat, FELINE’s Editor-in-Chief, is a six-year-old gray domestic shorthair, possibly with some Russian Blue heritage. Discovered by her future staffer’s sister as a kitten under a bush during a rainstorm, Clawdia has always been fiercely independent. She cares deeply for other felines in need (though she generally doesn’t enjoy being around them); her opinion on humans is mixed. She has a deep bond with her staffer Molly though disagrees with her food choices (Clawdia is a strict pescatarian and would prefer to be on a pure raw seafood diet which Molly only provides from time to time). It is Clawdia’s vision to give voice to the underrepresented feline population through FELINE.
Kazul Mouseslayer III, FELINE’s Operations Director, is a clever calico. Known for her impressive ability to play fetch, Kazul chases down solutions to problems as if they were unsuspecting prey. Like her roommate/supplementary staffer Jonathan, Kazul is a serious techie. Through her tech savvy and sheer grit, she ensures that every closed door is opened, usually by delegating the task to her staff but often by turning the doorknob herself to show that she’s a team player.

Corona de la Casa, FELINE’s Art Director, is a slim and beautiful Siamese with a fantastic eye for design… and nose for sushi. True to her roots, Corona is talkative, and makes her dietary needs known. Believing strongly in the power of positive reinforcement, Corona purrs frequently, but without losing her inherent catitude. Corona lives with her staffer Renessa and roommate Perah, a much younger feline who fails to understand Corona’s need for personal space. As an art director, she’s passionate about aesthetics and work-nap balance. She loves Swiss design and eclectic fashion.
